I love dinos

A warm fall day, an empty park and a dino to ride, life doesn't get any better. (Check out my concentration)

On our way to Costco, my dad and I decided to pull over to check out a local park. We spent the next 30 minutes exploring, crawling, chasing and sliding on the various pieces of playground equipment. I have become quite the expert at parks and have my favorites. They are listed in the following order:

  1. Oakton Park
  2. Rocketship Park
  3. Dragon Park

Feel free to provide a list of favorite parks in your area. I am always looking for new areas to explore.

Summer Where Have you Gone?

What a summer I have had. It has been a blast.
  1. I had a birthday.
  2. Went to the beach - multiple times.
  3. Saw Grandma and Grandpa in S.C.
  4. Witnessed my first fireworks.
  5. Had a visit from Cousin Michael.
  6. And the best part of all, spent lots of time with my mom.
I've been so busy that I have neglected my posts. I will try to do better in the future.

OUCH! Blackeye

OUCH! That is all I can remember. Well that and a high speed frisbee racing straight towards my face. Of course this being my first time at an event where supersonic disks were allowed to randomly fly through the air; you can forgive me for not ducking. This particular frisbee was pissed and why he chose my face to release his vengeance is beyond me. In the end, I may have gotten the last laugh. Due to my blackeye, I was able to discover Wolverine X-Men style healing powers that had my eye completely back to normal in three days.

It is good to be young,

P.S. Just to really freak my parents out, I like to cross my eyes to magnify the traumatic effect.

mohawks

Nothing is better in life than a good mohawk. Not only does it present to the world that the wearer is supremely confident, but it also infuses a bit of hard punk attitude. A mohawk says, "I have arrived, now don't mess with me". For these reason I have made the power of the "the hawk" part of my nightly routine. It is highlight of my evening to take a bubble bath and then spike my hair to new heights.

That is right, I said a bubble bath - you got a problem with that?!?

My Sister

It is official, I have a baby sister. For the longest time I thought maybe there was a mistake during the birthing process, but as time has worn on I am pretty sure my new sibling isn't magically going to change gender. I have learned to accept this and very much "love my baby", though my mother would disagree and say my sister is her baby.

What a ride

It has been quite a ride these last three months. We had the fun of the Christmas holidays, the rebirth of New Years and then the earth shattering experience of my sister being born. Late in January, my little sister affectionately known as "JoJo" was born. She decided to give my parents a bit of jump by startle by arriving two weeks early. I was able to visit her in the hospital and she pretty much looks like a mini-version of me, minus the hair on my head and little boy parts.

People keep asking me what I think of her and in my book she is OK. She doesn't play with my toys, sleeps a lot and tends to stay out of my way. As long as she keeps that up, then we will get along famously.
