Best Friend

I recently had the opportunity to visit my best friend in Cincinnati. My friend recently moved into a lavish house will all the trimmings: multiple bathrooms, huge downstairs playroom and of course the necessary big kid bed to bounce on. We had an amazing time doing crafts, chasing one another, going on wagon rides and playing outdoors on the extra long driveway. It was a pleasant time and I can't wait to go back for another visit.

Oktoberfest

You know the best part about being 50% German, besides being genetically linked to the best engineered cars in the world? It is Oktoberfest. This is the time of year where people gather into large tents, listen to rockin' polka music, wear funny hats, eat spicy sausages and yes consume mass quantity of beers.

You know the worst part about being 50% German. They won't serve a 2 year old beer. So all I can do is sit back, watch everyone else have a great time and bide my time until 19 years from today when I can officially participate.
